Products
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction and we guarantee the authenticity and workmanship of all our products. If our products are deemed to have faulty workmanship we will be very happy to arrange for an exchange or a complete refund. However, we cannot guarantee wear and tear by individuals as every individual's use is different. The di CROCO collection is manufactured exclusively for us and our production is limited. All accessories shown are therefore subject to availability at the time of order enquiry and you may experience a delay in receiving your finished product/s. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, and to change the style, designs and colours of products shown in this Site without notice.
Privacy
ACP recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients' personal information, and accordingly we have instituted strict policies and security measures regarding the latter. However while we take all reasonable steps to ensure data protection, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed secure from access by unintended recipients, and we cannot be held responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to negligence on the part of ACP.
ACP does not sell, rent or disclose our clients’ names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any non-ACP entity or third party unless required to do so by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding.
ACP is not liable or responsible for the content of any material posted on this site by users.
